Dan the customer service guy was great from start to finish.
Explained everything that i needed to know, will be going back again to purchase add-ons for my bikes.

Tried to use my cycle scheme voucher in the shop. I had already asked cycle scheme if I could pay extra to get a better bike, they said yes no problem. The woman that served me said no I couldn't do it, and she had an email 5 years ago telling her they didn't do it. I told her that I had been in another bike shop and they would do it no questions. She continued to argue with me that she was right. I walked out and phoned tredz in Swansea and they said they would let me spend extra. The woman that served me should not be in sales. I have got the bike from a friendly shop now.
