Very nice little guest house

I stayed at the Tree Tops Guest House in Neath recently and I was very pleased. My room was spacious and comfortable with a modern ensuite shower room. I had an early start the next morning and Steve the manager got up to cook me a cooked breakfast which was delicious and much appreciated. I will definitely stay here again.

THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL, and this is where it gets very confusing.
The price is 3 star, the photographs look 3 star, but its very poor , at most a 1 star.

don't be fooled buy the pictures, this is in a busy road and its someone house converted, throw back from the 70's. dusty, no shower working wen we went, no wifi and break fast was miserable.

We also got ripped off with the rates, promised one and given rate card, which is more expensive then the Marriot. We stayed during the dragon ride out of desperation, next year I'm going to the camp site, or would rather pay for a proper hotel.

will not be returning.
