Trotters Description
Trotters is a Barbeque company run by Hideaway Farm Meats Ltd. The only meat we use is Rare breed Pedigree Welsh & Large White Pork produced from our home reared, prize winning pigs. All of the pigs are birth notified with the British Pig Association so we can assure full traceability and we are endorsed with the Pembrokeshire Produce Mark.
Everything is made using fresh ingredients, we are members of The Nationwide Caterers Association and strive to provide the very best in outside catering.
Our menus can be adapted to suit individual tastes and budgets.
We are happy to cater for any event and offer a very relaxed approach to providing you with top quality, tasty Pembrokeshire food.
Our gourmet sausage station is a particular favourite for evening receptions and parties. Our plates and cutlery are all biodegradeable, vegetarian options are always available and waiting staff are included in the price.
