Tsb Bank

So funny seeing people whine about this bank, I've been a loyal customer since I was 16 and haven't had a problem with them.

I went into this branch early this morning to hand in a lot of change for a charity we raised it was all counted put in bags with amounts written. However the staff here said I have to count them down to £5 there was over £200 in there! They put me on a desk with bags and a money counter said they couldn't help me even tho there was no customers in the bank! They then heard me tell my husband that I was going to make a complaint in regards to the service I was in there nearly an hour condensing it all down. Then someone came over to me asked if I needed help I laughed and said no I'm nearly done now but then she said to me the pennies I put into small bags said they had to be a £1 and they were over so we had to go through them all again absolutely disgusting service won't be going back there again!!
