Called TSL and asked them to come and quote for supply and installation of a new boiler. Agreed a time but Darren turned up very late and said that he didn't want to just install a boiler as he wouldn't make as much money as he wanted - despite me very clearly explaining the job to them before hand! He was quite rude about it & wasted everyone's time.

Having used this company before for a shower install I had no hesitation in giving them my business again. I was provided with a quote for a boiler installation, which i excepted and had it carried out by experienced, and careful gas safe engineers. TSL are quick, professional, tidy, competitively priced, friendly and honest.

We have used TSL for many years, for both our residential property and our commercial premises, they have always been reliable and their work is very good. Their pricing is clear and full estimates have always been given. I would strongly recommend using this company.

I had work carried out in 2005 the jobs carried out by Track serves LTD now known as TSL the same director being Darren.
I was given no guarantee of complete works paid for in full.
In fact TSL had a snag list as as long as long as both arms which they didn't do as they clearly could not get it right after attempting three times. I sacked them however they did not refund any money that they had been paid for workdays that had been passed and payed for. The fact. That the jobs were passed baffles me. I had a council grant and a council survayor inspector carried out all inspections and passed all the works as satisfactory.
I'm not a builder however I did see a lot of the jobs not to satisfactory and a snag list was made up.
This snag list did not include major failing works which have cost thousands of pound to rectify commencing 2 years after TSL carried out work in my property.
I am also having to find money to rectify serious failed works due to the jobs not being carried out correctly.

2 years ago I reported leaking roof in my sons room. This would have fallen with in a roof guarantee period of time. Only TSL nor the council produced any guarantee or invoices for me to instruct TSL to compensate.

I have had endless problems during the grant then In 2007 I had to have my new celling and floor and joists cut out floor of the new bathroom all tiels removed due to 2 leeks that had occurred from poor plumbing concealed behind a tield bath panel. I had no compensation by Track. It cost thousands to rectify.
The second water leek was found on a boiler. Which eventually had to be renewed.

Thankfully my insurance rectified these failed works only under gone a couple of year previously by TLS.
This does not make the situation right.

The render applied to the back of my property is crumbling as its soft it has been reported to much sand is in the mix, thus causin water retention creating damp internal walls. This is evident to the whole of the back of the building being 5 story's high. Clothes can not be kept in a built in wardrobe due to wetness seating through the brick work. All render has cracked. This job will cost thousands to undo and renew.

The roof that was fitted has been reported to have not been carried out correctly.
I have internal leek saturating the wooden roof frame.
According to a report the felt that was installed is not of regulation standard nor was the roof installed correctly which is why the water coming through.

I have ongoing leek from gutter and a hole in the valley that was never rectified. It's like having a window open.
These works were not noted on the snag list yet they were visible and were paid fully to TSL.
It has been said these works were bound to fail.

I have electrical problems.
Damp rising from the basement floor. Water comes in to my house when it rains after a wall was installed back filled with rubbish unlike the concrete that they should have filled it with.
Windows that were installed upside down, not straight and not insulated leaves the house cold and noisy form out side, they are difficult to open.
Door frames not straight.
I have door handles fallen off doors, I had a kitchen sink leek. Had to have a new boiler replaced.
Had to have the kitchen floor re straightened.
A stair case restraightend. I have a gas pipe obstructing a kitchen plug socket. When the builders attended my property they left the roof off for 2 weeks whilst working on other jobs.

TLS will not give me a guarantee for the works carried out hence this is making it difficult for me to have any recent failing works rectified by them such as the roof and water coming in through the render.

I am in the process of trying to get TSL to assist to rectify one again weather it be payment to another reputable builder.
Darren states he knows nothing about this job as it was another parterner who delt with this job who has since retired and Daren refuses to rectify the roof or render
despite it being with in guarantee period.
Darren was paid £64.000 for shoddy works at my property.
