Very friendly and very helpful staff.

Totally incompetent staff 😡😡 we wanted an all inclusive holiday to find out it was half board. When we phoned to enquire was told someone would contact us, which didn't happen. Went into Cardiff bay Thompson to be told holiday couldn't be amended but we could upgrade when we arrived .... to get there and find out they don't do all inclusive at the hotel. Now the hassle of claiming for these incompetent people's error 😡😡

Not only do they not answer the phone it cuts out without the option of leaving a message. Wouldn't want to use this company ever after its deplorable customer service.

Answered phone quickly, very friendly and helpful during the call. We have also in the past booked 2 holidays within the store and both times had great service.

Don't answer their phone ever. Brilliant in person. Rubbish via telephone.

Absolutely useless cannot get through on the phone at all. Got to drive there to get any response at all. Do not use this company as their
customer service is the worst ever !!

First few times I called them they answered my call pretty quickly. It was the day before my balance was due and they wouldn't answer... It's as if they don't want our money...
