Apart from helping me choose a suitable new bathroom suite for my new home budget, they guided me through the entire process and even arranged the installation in time through their nominates contractor smoothly with no delays or extra / hidden costs. You get what you pay for, really happy with their 5* service & product quality for just 4* prices! Highly recommend them!

Superb service from start to finish, Jamie Whitton was our bathroom designer, no pressure sale, very informative and gave us excellent advice and ideas. Jamie provided us with CAD images of the proposed design via e-mail and recommended an amazing tradesman Tony Fisher who transformed the design into reality. Tony is a true craftsman and promised us a first class service and finish, boy did he deliver, we now have a bathroom which feels like we're in a five star hotel every time we use it.

I cannot recommend TW Thomas bathrooms highly enough. From start to finish they made the process of designing two new bathrooms in my home effortless. There was a wide variety of styles to choose from and the product knowledge of the sales team was excellent. Deliveries were reliable and the administrative staff were all extremely friendly and professional. The after sales service is also excellent. If you are looking for professionalism and a personal touch when designing your new bathroom this is the place to go.

We installed 3 new bathrooms and Andrew was a massive help, providing extensive knowledge and guidance along the way. Excellent service and great bathrooms - price was comparable to internet but obviously the service and knowledge is far far better. Good communication with emails answered promptly.

We had 3 bathrooms provided and they helped with the design and ideas as well.

A damaged shower tray was delivered which was replaced immediately with zero hassle. Only regret is I didn't use their installers as well.

A Great range of products, ordered bathrooms for the whole house and a kitchen, everything arrived on time without any problems.
Staff very knowledgeable and friendly with excellent after sales service.
