Didn't have any problems with ordering a tool from Tweeks. Gentleman I spoke to on the phone was helpful and pleasant. They also bumped up postage for me so I received the item quicker, meaning I didn't miss out on a planned ride.

Chris was very helpful & friendly. Got me kitted out with some great clothing & had bike rack delivered very quickly. Perfect!

I've shopped on line for a long time now and I've never never come across such a cowboy outfit. From communicating to fulfilling your order and the way I was spoken to when I contacted them to ask when my order was going to turn up as I had a biking holiday in wales with friends which in the end I had to cancel. I was told no order could be found BUT they had my money. They where contacting me later that day to inform me about my purchase still waiting it's been nearly two weeks and still nothing I hope their is nothing wrong with it when it arrives if it arrives. When I chose TWEEKS cycles to place my order I had read all the negative comments about them but I thought they must be exaggerated a bit please believe me THEIR NOT STAY AWAY. Oh and still no apology.

Yes.......don't bother. As others have said here, extremely slow in fulfilling orders, stocks levels appear to be kept minimal/non-existent. Very poor communication, did not reply to email querying delay until about a week later. Says dispatched but still haven't had it.
If you wan't something in a hurry (or even in a reasonable, normal timeframe), don't shop here.

Ordered on a Sunday a new bike then within a few days bike was in sale from £1499 to £999 and they did lower the price very good and fast will use again

Order returned by carrier due to damage. Emailed to ask if the order would be resent or refund. Still waiting for a reply 3 days later. Poor communication. UPDATE: Responded to my email a week later and apologized for the delay. Items came through a few days later. Replaced 1 star with 4.

I live in the United States and ordered a 2017 Scott Scale 765 from the tweekscycles website exactly 1 week ago. I paid a crazy amount for 2-day shipping because I have a race coming up that I need the bike for. They spent 3 days trying to verify me as the cardholder of my credit card, and my bike has spend another 4 days "In progress." I thought I would have my bike by now but it's still sitting in some warehouse in Wales. I'm EXTREMELY frustrated with this company right now.

Website is horrendous. Cannot even add items to basket without it refreshing and resetting. When your website so s%%t that it is actually driving customers away, maybe you should rethink it.

Ordered a hope rear wheel complete, cheaper than my usual goto online shop because of the 30 quid saving and am totally happy with it ... should have been 5 stars but seems to sit 'In Progress' for 2-3 days whereas my other choice delivers in this time
