We picked Teddy up this morning after his 3 night stay and were greeted by a very happy dog so needless to say he had a great time staying with you! Thanks for all your care with him and we wouldn’t hesitate with him coming to stay with you again. Thanks! ��

We have today collected all four of our dogs from their holiday at Ty Gwyn kennels. We needn’t have been anxious about leaving them . They were clearly well looked after and happy to see us today. From conversations with the owners they knew the dogs and their ways which for us demonstrates they spent time with them . They were clean and didn’t have the kennel smell we have had noticed on them from other stays at kennels . We will have no hesitation in using the kennels again. Many thanks from the Howells gang .

Thank you to the staff at the cattery for reassuring me the cats will be ok x even though miss kitty escaped from her box in the court yard .

Thank you so much for looking after our girl Cassie it was so nice picking her up after not seeing her for 2 weeks and she looked lovely after her bath which was so nice to see and we really appreciate how you treated her. Its obvious you take great care of the animals you have there in the kennals and im more than happy to leave cassie in your care. Its so amazing knowing our girl is being taken care of by lovely people and shes happy :) i would be more than happy to recommend you to anyone in future. Cassie is already looking forward to her next holiday with you :). Thanks again from Beth and Rob.

Picked up my Jack Russell Smudge this week after a few days at Ty Gwyn and came bounding towards us so happy and full of life! So thankful to all staff at Ty Gwyn for making Smudge’s time enjoyable and by the looks of the pictures, he had a fab time! 100% using these kennels again!

Picked our dog up today. Having had bad experiences in the past with other places I was nervous about leaving her with anyone again. She was brilliant here. She's come home really happy. I will use this place again 100% with no worries. Lovely family, clean place and they clearly have a love for the animals. Thank you very much. Bailey will be back in the future. I highly recommend this place to all dog owners.

Picked our dog duke up today from his 5 day stay here and will definitely be returning with him when we next go away! I was so happy with the care he received and was greeted by a very happy dog who obviously enjoyed his stay! We had to extend the stay by a day and ty Gwyn were more than happy to accommodate him for another night. I loved how we could see regular pictures and updates of our dog on Facebook and will definitely be recommending to all my friends. Thankyou very much �

One of my dogs is nearly 15 and struggling to walk. I wouldn't have been surprised to have had bad news on our return. However I was shocked how much better his mobility was and these guys went the extra mile in helping him out of his kennel to the play area.

There is no other kennel for my dogs other than this one.

My staffy has been in for just over a week and was very well looked after. Really really happy with the care and that they update you with how the dogs are doing while your away. Beautiful place. She has loved every minute of it and I would highly recommend. They have lots of attention.Definitely will be using this place all the time. Thank you so much

My beagle was here for 10 days, she was very well looked after love the fact that they upload pics on Facebook so u can see it fur babies, the staff are absolutely brilliant. Will definitely be booking her in next year. Thank you all so much. Xx

Just collected my French Bulldog puppy Willow from her first stay at Ty Gwyn. She settled well and from the love and cwtches goodbye she had from all staff it will be far easier and reassuring to trust our family member to have her little hols there again. Highly recommend and we are grateful for the care you gave her. �����

I picked my boy up this morning I thought he would have lost a bit of weight because he only eats with the kids but he's got even bigger if anything and he was happy so it looks like iv found his new holiday home thank you so much for having him �

I have been using Ty Gwyn for 9 years now. Both of my dogs wag their tails going in so I always feel happy leaving them. They have just spent 3 weeks there and have come out looking happy and cleaner than when they went in! The new owners are great. I would thoroughly recommend Ty Gwyn everytime.

Hi Team, I just wanted to drop you a quick thank you for looking after the dogs & cats so well. Their coats are in great condition (clearly brushed & groomed), smell good (no pet odours that we have experienced collecting them from kennels/catteries in the past) and they are all calm and happy! Makes such a difference and although I hate leaving them, I am 100% confident they are in great hands!
