I stayed here as a base to do tje Wales Coastal path. If your looking for value for money then pitch your tent here. Its cheap and cheerful. Its a fairly quiet site apart from the trains passing by every hour and very early in the morning. Its quite exposed which can help with midges in the evening as there is a breeze off the sea. Pitches arent marked so put tent up anywhere, preferably the higher pitches as lower pitches are boggy. Toilets are clean but small and very very basic. Showers are also small and basic. Its a long but enjoyable walk along the promenade to the village. There is a bus stop nearby.

A basic campsite with clean toilets and hot showers (showers are coin operated, £1 for 10 min). Short walk to the beach but not very accessible without a car. All in all a good place if you're just looking for a pitch near a beach. Only downside was that there was nowhere to charge a phone. Also worth noting a train track runs through the site - the trains finish early and are infrequent so noise from it isn't an issue but the track is not fenced off so this may mean the site may not suitable for people with young children.

Just looked on the web site and you can't book camping online. They really need to sort that out.
