Beach near by ,just over the road..caravn not 5 star but you get what you pay for .clean tidy . good enough .would go again.good walking.
Went here this weekend with the high winds and rain and we all really enjoyed it. Pool is great for everyone. The staff were brilliant and friendly. Entertainment is great and the on site shop is great value. We're already planning on going back next year.
Great price went camping club passes included well recommend great for kids fun fair nearby zoo nearby bar over price bingo well over price but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the entertainment at least that's free and might even win a bottle of cheep plonk in adult game show time
Not much here. The caravan could have been cleaner. The food was lovely. Bar staff very friendly. Caravan was very small and right next to main road. But we did have a lovely holiday but would not come here again.
Well it's a field for tents, the 6 m rule between tents not endorsed.
We had someone block us in. Great help.
Some staff helpful but most don't give a dam.
Toilets excellent, shower adequate but hot water.
Restaurant needs serious work in staff and food. Staff totally useless.
Recommended as a venue Big NO
Iv been taking my children to Ty Mawr for over 30 years and now take my grandchildren. Ty Mawr is the one and only holiday park that is safe, clean and reliable to entertain both child and adult. Best holiday park ever.
Purchased a static on here recently and now wish I hadn't. Sales team promise you everything and after you have bought the caravan don't want to know. Find yourself constantly going to the office and then you feel bad for asking what you have been promised. Entertainment is shocking food and drinks extortionate have to go off site to find reasonably priced food and drinks. You pay for TV fridge alarm and outside light etc to find they don't work. Hate the site can't wait to pull my caravan off at the end of season to a better quality caravan park.
Excellent campsite with lots to do, I would of given 5 stars but the kids playing football round the caravan/cars was a little annoying considering the fact there's plenty of other places to play as my lad did. The club on the night has a lot going on with singers and the big money bingo. On the whole had a great weekend which took me back to when I visited as a child, and would go again.
What a boring, sad place!
Everything on site is expensive, the pool is shabby and old. The caravan was adequate until heavy traffic made the whole thing shake. It was freezing cold until the gas heater was turned on in the main living quarters. Cleanliness was an issue too. Dust everyehere!
The only saving grace is Wales itself. A beautiful, wonderful country. Would not come here ever again.
