We revisit this site a couple of times a year to camp and our experience is always very pleasant. The staff are lovely and the site is clean and tidy throughout. Excellent location.

Enjoyed our stay booked at last minute. Staff very accomodating. Lovely setting. We had a tent without electric hook up. Small shop on site well stocked. Toilet block very clean. Would definitely visit again.

A beautiful campsite great for families. Hills to explore and nearby beaches to walk to and plenty of space to play.
Dont listen to the 1 star reviews the owners are lovely. Friendly and chatty. I assume the poor reviews are from people who have been breaking the site rules and asked to stop. Getting their frustration out with a bad review.

We have been visiting this site for many years starting with a two man tent and progressing to a four birth touring caravan. We have had nothing but a great and relaxing time each visit. Anyone who has visited with us has also commented on the friendly owners and the cleanliness of the site. Pitches are very well maintained throughout the year and the owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating people. Toilets and showers are well maintained and clean and a token (50p for 5 mins) is more than enough for a decent shower. The small onsite shop sells most of your requirements and is not over priced this also includes hot food throughout the day which is always good value.
The views from the site are stunning and there are some lovely walks to go on around the area especially if you are a dog owner, as we are. Our two love going away to this site.
The small pub/club house is close by and is also reasonably priced for food and drink with some good entertainment available of an evening and a wide variety of sports to watch on the televisions.
Would recommend this camping site highly to anyone wishing to visit.

Fantastic little site for camping, caravaning or statics. No need to book unless you want electric hook up. There's a quaint bar on site also which stays open all night. Don't worry about noise though as it's all well contained and doesn't affect the campsite. Cracking spot to stay if you wish to make the most of the beautiful Trearddur.

So peaceful and has plenty of space for little ones to run about great location.xx

Had a great time here over the Easter bank holiday. 10 children and 10 adults camping together on the field behind the toilet block.
Arriving late we decided it was best to eat at the onsite pub. Food and Drink menu contains a typical pub selection, wasn't expensive and non of us had any complaints.
Being on this field it felt very safe for the kids to run free as there were no cars driving through that field and they're well in sight. We knew to expect there was no playground and that was fine, we just entertained the kids in other ways, plenty of games, hunts and parent shows when we were on the site!
Showers were ok, though temperature was a little lacking and when we took the kids in we just asked at reception if they could increase the heat a little.
Toilets were clean but noted you could get caught short on paper, so just take your own.
Great base to explore from and would certainly go back.

I come here every year for as long as possible... I love the unspoilt scenery, the organisation of the site and the spaciousness.
At night the star lit sky is mind blowing, no light pollution you see.

We have stayed on this site a couple of times last year to meet friends who are sited there. The site is a good size toilets keep clean , there is a small shop on site and a bar next to the site which is dog friendly.I have only meet Alison who is very friendly .we will be going back this year .
