Ty'N Y Cornel Hotel

Lovely location in the Welsh valleys with a stunning lakeside view. Enjoyed a three course meal with surprisingly fast and efficient service. Quality was good but not fantastic and a few family members didn't agree with the whitebait starter. Overall good experience, would recommend.

Got a room at short notice. Room 1 comfortable and clean with compact en suite shower. Good choice of breakfasts in the morning. Restaurant food very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Wanted to stay for longer!

We were driving around in the area and had reached a point where everybody were getting hungry and then this place just dumped down in front of us. We went to the bar and ordered our food and went to the other side of the street and sat by the lake and ate the food when it arrived. Stunning views and wonderful food. Absolutely perfect.

A fabulous stay at this beautifully set hotel. Staff were very accommodating of us having a dog with us. The room was stunning and super clean. Breakfast was excellent and there was a variety of options to choose. Wifi didn't work but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing with how beautiful everything was!

Me and me my friends went there for lunch. Service was amazing - staff unselfish with their smiles (one stood out). Food was good (my friend was not particularly fond of the pie). View of the lake outside was phenomenal. Upon settling the bill, the manager (forgot her name) went out of her way to make sure our requests were considered and quite quick to respond to an unfortunate technical issue.

We decided to book a room at this hotel last minute on our travels. Absolutely amazing value for money. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is spectacular. Lovely views, great quality food ( can't wait to try their dinner tonight ). Everything is very reasonably priced. Will difinitley be returning for a longer duration in the near future.

Great little hotel on the lakefront. Cosy rooms and friendly staff. We came in the out season and it was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Stunning place. Wales' nature is amazing. We had 3-bed room with such a beautiful view towards the lake. Everything was so cosy and made us fell like we were at home.
The staff was extremely polite and professional. Amazing people always ready to help.
I strongly recommend to anyone looking for an beautiful weekend in the breath taking welsh nature.

It's a really good place to relax, the cleaning is impeccable and the food is ok. The staff are really kind and helpful. But be aware if would you like to explore another places because is fare away to anywhere.
