Today is random acts of kindness day!! UN1T will be doing 2 shoe box gifts (one for a girl and one for a boy). We would like to share our amazing ladies fitness success since starting our Adult dance classes! One lady has lost 3 stone and the other 2.5 stone since starting our dance classes! Along with being extremely fun, our classes also keep you fit and help with skills such as balance and coordination! Every Wednesday @ 6pm. All levels welcome! ❤️
