I ship to the Receipt / Order list address / or if the customer ask me to send the purchase as a gift to another address. Correct spelling of the address is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure it is correct.
Your purchase will be sent within 1-7days after clear payment . Exceptions are only for national holidays and weekends.
Business days means Monday - Friday .
I am not responsible for items held up in customs in your country. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged international orders once they have shipped under any circumstances.
I send everything with recorded priority mail, which includes a tracking number. It is responsibility of the buyer to keep track of the item purchased or ask me for info if needed.
I will not refund if the package gets lost by the post office in your country.
About Returned Unclaimed Packages
- If a package is returned to me because it was unclaimed, or because the address was not correct, I will resend the package after you pay for shipping costs.
I always send purchases, packaged in boxes, secured from the outside and inside, because of the fragility of glass products.
Refunds and Exchanges
CUSTOM ORDERS made especially for you and personalised items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Please, note that I'm in UK so Europe and airmail delivery for countries outside Europe can take between 2 to 4 weeks, even longer at busier times such as Christmas.
