The hospital it self is good but the parking place near the emergency unit there are the scammers , I took the ticket to park my car but the car park was full and my wife had to go to hospital in less then 5 min so I told my wife just go I park somewhere and she took the parking ticket with her , I couldn’t find any parking place so I was going to get out of the car park I called the parking and told them my wife took my ticket and I don’t have it and there is no space so I want to go out but the guy on the phone was so rude he was telling me to pay £10 for lost ticket ?
I told him I didn’t lost it it’s just with my wife and I told him there are 20 cars behind me and I need to go out but the guy was keep telling me to pay £10 for new ticket , then another lady came from her car and told the parking guy on phone the problem but still he was telling no , he told me go back and park somewhere but I told him there is no bloody parking where to park ? Then he said that no he’s problem
My experience with this parking place make me to not park here anymore and I will tell this to every single person I know
Just people be careful with this scammers

I gave birth on the 24th October but had to stay in hospital for 6 days. Without a doubt i could not have gotten through those 6 days without the amazing care and help from all staff!! Thank you so much :)

My wife had a cataract operation this morning all the staff are so friendly and put you at ease I can't praise them enough.

At A@E had some super arrogant doctor from some foreign country, proceeded to patronisingly tell me that there was nothing wrong with me before even taking tests, despite a week of genuinely feeling sick after ingesting dye. Seemed to know everything about my body, dismissing all possibility that the dye could have caused any adverse effects, and at one stage even inferred that I was a liar. Didn't like his tone or demeanor one bit. Wouldn't do a scan of my stomach or intestines despite them burning. The other staff were fine though but that doctor, who I believe is a new employee, needs to learn to treat his patients with a bit more respect and sympathy, more will complain if not..

after life changing op cannot fault this hospital. The complainers should realize how lucky we are to have the blessing of a NHS

The last post was meant to show 5 stars.
Our grand daughter Jade is currently being treated for Leukaemia.
The care she is receiving is wonderful.
Thank you.

Awful experience and possibly the worst hospital I have ever attended. My father has been sat in a chair waiting to come home since 8am and it is now 9.43pm and still the doctor has not see the results of tests taken 8 hours ago. We have had to ask and ask and ask every nurse we have seen. Doctor or specialist is coming, that person never arrived. This is not good enough and especially not the Care this country and bud needs. I have to sat, some nurses we have spoken to have been very nice and friendly but, we've not seen a doctor in 9 hours which is shocking. Parking is awful, no vending machines anywhere near A&E and there were no toilets working in the concourse, portacabins in the car park we were told.. totally unacceptable and who on earth signed that off!! You can't serve good and it havr toilets on the same floor.. Welsh MP'S should sort this mess out.

My worst experience at a hospital to date. The triage nurse was highly condescending and patronising. I was turned away and told to see my GP on Monday (in two days time) simply because I hadn't taken any painkillers. The paracetamol that they gave to me did absolutely nothing, which is why I hadn't bothered taking it in the first place. I'm hoping the out of hours GP can help! Unless you're visibly bleeding to death, A&E will turn you away!
