our classes finish on Friday 21st December and restart on Saturday 5th January.
We are open for open training on Saturday 29th December from 12:00 - 16:00 and on 2nd, 3rd and 4th January from 13:00 - 17:00

Tried out the Dynamic acro and had so much fun - a whole new side of acro to try - how exciting! Thanks Tammy and Chris for being awesome (and patient) teachers :)

The kind of place that is so good you find yourself recommending it to everyone you meet! They make you feel like learning to hang from a hoop etc. as a grown man is the most natural thing in the world. Very patient and knowledgeable. Seems like they cater for all levels. Don't waste money on a gym - go here and you'll actually come back every week �

Tammi and Chris. So glad I found you guys for this. Having dyspraxia I sometimes get dizzy up high and being told to just get up there is the worst thing for me to hear. But you welcomed that with open arms. I feel I can actually learn aerial properly now. Can't wait to the next 5 weeks on the beginners aerial! Thankyou <3

Super friendly people and an awesome circus space! I feel so comfortable going to classes here �

I'm currently doing an intro to aerials with Upside down Circus which I signed up for before remembering that I am terrified of heights. Chris and Tammy have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and have come up with creative solutions tailored to my (slower than the rest of the group) progress in order to build my confidence. What a safe, supporting environment- couldn't recommend Upside Down Circus enough �

I went to the 'drop in Saturday' session as a complete beginner to aerial and circus in general and absolutely loved it! The staff were very patient and helpful, I am super sore but can't wait to go back next Saturday! :D

I had a go at Chinese pole and absolutely loved it! The teacher, Chris was great and very good at explaining things clearly. Would definitely go again!

Great space to spend a few hours and forget about the stress of work!

Great community focussed training space, friendly staff and so many different classes to chose from... Awesome to have you guys in Cardiff :) x
