I have seen a few adverts popping up, YALE COMPOSITE DOORS and YALE BACK DOORS.
Anyone that tells you its a YALE door is 100% WRONG. Yale do not make doors , Yale are manufacturers of locks etc. you will find that these products advertised will have a Yale cylinder that goes through the handle and main lock, it will say Yale on it, also the main lock running the full lenghth of the door will be a Yale lock strap.
... Thats about it, the rest of the door will be made from other manufacturers and fabricated by other companies.
As Yale is a massive name, least 8 out 10 people would know the name, mind you saying that most of the uk doors installed years ago would more than likely be fitted with a Yale single key lock. As the companies advertising these products they no too well that its a massive selling point.
If your in contact with any, ask the questions. If they are a good company the will tell you the truth, I hope they do.
