I've sent my friend to buy inatubes for my bike and he had it in stock at good prices can't fault the service I will calling again

The Best Bike Shop there is. Fantastic service and the advice is always Awesome.

Really nice bike shop. The staff are really knowledgeable about all aspects of cycling (bikes, bike bits, local cycling stuff, local clubs, events, rides etc etc), and happy to give honest advice on purchases. The shop itself seems pretty well stocked with a wide range of bits and clothing, in pretty much a full range of sizes which is sometimes not the case these days........

Great choice and great service. Sam and lucas always go the extra mile whether it's for sales, mechanical or warranty issues. They seem to have a cult following and I can see why.

I can't speak for the actual store experience but my online experience was a complete nightmare. In short, I ordered a bag, which took over 2 months to arrive. In this time I received no notification and had to call numerous times myself to get updates, when it finally arrived it was the wrong bag.
They told me that I could return the bag and receive the one I wanted in the next few days. They were true to their word and the bag I wanted eventually arrived. They told me it was ordered specifically for me from the US manufacturer but I found this hard to believe when the bag I wanted arrived dusty and with a huge rip in the main compartment.
Since then I have dealt with the manufacturer themselves, instead of having to deal with Urban Cyclery, and they resolved the issue. I won't be shopping here again.

It's such a pleasure dealing with friendly and very knowledgeable people. The advice they give is second to none.
I have my bikes serviced with them regularly and they always deliver good work time after time. If ever I need to order something such as parts or clothing, they always seem to get in quickly which is a big bonus.
The bike fitting service is very professional and I don't seem to have the little niggles I used to.
This is by far my favorite L.B.S around, and that's why I keep going back.
