As some of you are aware due to a recent operation on my wrist I have been out of action for the past fortnight.
Now all healed, the appointment book is back open. Look forward to seeing you lovely lot soon.

Just a note to say the appointment book will be closed between 28th August and 1st September. Last few days to get your treatments booked in this week before September.

I've been able to extend available hours during July and August to include late evenings and weekends to help those in work. Get in touch for availability during these times. If needed, dependant on circumstances, I could offer slots outside these times. I look forward to hearing from you. 🤗

So I've just finished my level 4 sports massage training including dry needling, very effective on those tight muscles causing you grief.
Starting IPL hair removal and skin rejuvenation. I ask if you can let me know if this is a treatment you'd be interested in as I'm considering buying the machine.

Great sports massage, michelle really knows her stuff, gave me loads of info on understanding my muscles and what should happen before, during, and after training! Will be making regular visits to get my leg muscles perfect and ready for the half marathon! Thanks!
