Took my Vax Hoover Nosel to have it cleaned out as was blocked and could not hoover anything but the lads did their thing and walla it's working thanks so much �

Took a 22-year-old Philishave rechargeable shaver, together with rechargeable batteries which I had bought on the Internet, along to the Vacuum Hospital to have them soldered in. (Yes, the original batteries had lasted 22 years!) Dr Vacuum hadn't done this before but did the job while I waited! Then didn't want to take payment! I gave him something of course.

My element broke in my oven last week and went to visit this store for a replacement. Met a few members of staff and all were extremely helpful. Although they were out of stock for the part I needed a guy (Johnathan i think) contacted his brother in law to have him transfer the part from his store free of charge. They kept me well informed & updated. Super customer service :)

Left my steam pod in yesterday cus it wouldn't turn on. Got a phone call 2 hours later all sorted. I was really pleased and they wouldn't take any money for it. Can't thank these guys enough. Brilliant job thank u so much �

Just picked up my vacuum and it's like brand new. I have a dog so I'm very hard on my hoovers. Left in late on a Saturday and ready on the Monday, such quick service and so reasonable priced, think I will be getting my hoover serviced more often.
