Although the work done was adequate and timely, make sure that you get a quote from them first. They charged us 300 pounds for a job that another local locksmith haas told us should have been 130 pounds at most!! We won't be using them again.

Just had this chap out to look at fitting two new locks to standard PCV doors - quoted £150 per lock - I told him it was too much, he came down to £90 per lock. I told him that it was too much, but thanks for coming out and he started to tell me why it was a fair price. I told him he couldn't change my mind, he walked off and called me a cheeky lad. I told him I thought it was cheeky asking for £300 for two locks and he called me a k**b.

Maybe that is a good price but average things online say about £50-65 per lock supplied and fitted.I certainly do not recommend this company - on their customer service anyway!

First Rate Service ...called them out early morning as my front door just would not ooen ...They not only fixed it but did it but gave me a great price ...I cannot thank them enough and i will definately tell all my friends if they ever need a locksmith to go here to Valley locksmiths ... A well deserved 5 Star
