Excellent Service. Friendly and Helpful Staff. Highly Recommended Practice.

Rude beligerant female Vet, over inflated costs well above normal levels. This practice seems to care about money more than Animals health and wellbeing.
I would strongly advise any potential clients to avoid this Vetinary Surgery like the plague.

Valley vets in Ystrad Mynach have taken care of our pet dogs over 30+ years.

The team at Valley Vets Ystrad Mynach are great. Our lab Ruby suffers from Addisons and has recently undergone Cruciate surgery with them, the care she has received has been second to none. I would highly recommend them.

My family have always brought our animals here. When my boyfriend and I moved out and got our puppy it was the only place we had in mind to bring her. She had all of her vaccinations through the "puppy pack" scheme and attended puppy party's organised through the vets. She has grown to be a strong and confident dog and I believe it has a lot to do with the human contact she had at the vets in those early days. The receptionists in valley vets are absolutely fantastic. When I had to visit recently after Ella had been attacked by a swarm of wasps I was hysterically crying after being so shook up and stung many times myself. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses to the vet were helpful and understanding. This morning we took Ella for her boosters. Again we had brilliant service and a good price. Our dog absolutely loves going to the vets, she gets excited with the mention of the word, and that is a credit to the fantastic staff at valley vets Ystrad mynach.
