Professional and friendly staff polite always..It is a very busy hospital but run and managed to effeceincy and is an excellent example of how these hospitals are run and managed.

Obviously didn't want to be there but the staff were so nice that time flew by xx

This is much more than a hospital. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and at ease. The place is spotless, a little labyrinthine maybe, but I love it. I'm just starting my third round of radiotherapy there at time of writing this (May 3rd, 2017). The radiographers are young, full of life and grace, and treat you like a really person (regardless of whether you are or not). Love it.

very helpfull ppl who are all ways willing to help and surport you

Velindre helped my wife when she was diagnosed with a brain tumour and had to receive treatment. Nothing was too much trouble, and even now ,with my wife fully recovered, and receiving regular check ups they still maintain their warmth and caring nature.

A model for how to run a health care unit.. Everybody seems to be focussed on one thing, giving the patient the best care available with a cheerful, understanding attitude.

No matter how good or bad the news everyone is so delightful and caring. The hospital is always very busy but there is always time to talk the situation through. Delightful ladies who greet you at the door and if you cant find your way will always show you. Good restraunt.
