Velocity Description
Reebok CrossFit Velocity is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
We are located at Unit 4 Celtic Trade, Fforestfach, Swansea in a 6, 000 square foot warehouse gym that is 100% CrossFit. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between.
Our program combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isnŌĆÖt a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of movements and skills. We want to develop the ability to deal with any physical contingency and so thats the way we train ŌĆō preparing ourselves for the unknown and unknowable.
At Reebok CrossFit Velocity we train incredibly hard; harder than most thought they were capable of. Everyday our athletes break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our training is intense, and it creates a bond among our members that canŌĆÖt be faked or manufactured. Together we sweat, we bleed, we expose weaknesses and we get strongerŌĆ”together.
The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At CrossFit there are no egoŌĆÖs, no room for bad attitudes. Those type of people just donŌĆÖt last here. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble, we are athletesŌĆ”. we are CrossFit.

Very friendly and welcoming and allowed me to crack on with my training during open gym as was just dropping in. One of the coaches (i have forgotten your name apologies!)there gave me some great tips and advice on my rope climbs and strict muscle ups. Awesome facility will definitely be popping back.

Awesome place to train. Everyone's friendly and always willing to give you tips if you need any advice with an exercise. The equipment is great and far better than any machines in regular gyms. My fitness is feeling much better after just a week of training. You'll never leave without being short of breath and covered in sweat.
