We manage a large database of properties to let and prospective tenants. As properties become available our priority is to contact awaiting tenants whose requirements match the property.
Having successfully identified a potentially suitable property, a viewing will be arranged at your convenience. We also take viewings during evenings and weekends. All viewings will be accompanied by a member of our team.

 Extended Working hours - We understand that normal office hours are not always convenient for our clients. Our office is open from 9: 30am- 6pm Monday-Friday, and from 10am - 3pm on Saturday, however we are also available on Sunday upon request for viewings and during busy periods.
 Pick up Service - . If you are short of time or transport is a problem, we can pick you up from your home /office or Campus in Cardiff and take you directly to the rental property, then returning you again after the viewing.
