Venus Pizza, Kebab House

Shocking.

30 mins late.
Driver had no change so had to pay more.
Ordered stuff crust. No stuff crust although charged for it.
Ordered naan bread which I was charged for AGAIN.. didn’t receive.
Order Donna kebab, no salad, mayo.
Got mixed meat, salad, garlic mayo.

Taste like dogshit.

Without a doubt the best Kebab house in Cardiff. Hot Naans for kebabs are made there and then on the spot, not reheated pre made ones. I have been eating Kebabs there since 2004, any attempts to try elsewhere have always ended with bad taste. They also do lovely Falafal salad dishes for vegetarians.

My aunty called in regards to a job position, the manager could hardly understand her and ended up calling her a liar, accusing her about lying about her phone number on her resume, it was all very strange and unprofessional.

Delicious food, excellent service very reasonably priced menu and staff are friendly and helpful

They gave me the wrong pizza, blocked my phone number, didn't replace it. Took my money. Then found out the owner tried to hit on my friend while they were trying to use the restroom. Disgusting place. Avoid!!

Very Polite staff. Size of kebab amazing, taste ok.

Would give zero stars if i could, waited 2 hours and the food never came, after being told that the food would be 45 minutes. woman on the phone was so rude, shohting at me on the phone, horrible human being, no customer service skills what so ever
