Pup booked in for 2nd injections, when I arrived for my appointment at 09:40, I sat and waited in a grubby holding pen until 10:10 until I was called in.
Dealt with by the franchise owner herself, who after looking at my pups health card stated that they "don't have that vaccine in stock here" a complete and utter farce!
The consultation room was visibly dirty, floors grubby with dirt and debris, ripped rubber mat on examination table, A/C vent so clogged with dust that it couldn't have possibly been working.
This was the first time back at Parc Tawe since they lost my Rotties blood test results which ended up with her having to be put to sleep.
Totally inept, incompetent set up and would strongly urge anyone not to use.
These vets wrongly diagnosed my dog with a chest infection which turned out to be lung worm. And then had the cheek to charge me £11.00 for 15ml of panacure 10% when I could've bought a bottle of the same stuff which is for 100 ml for £21.00 at the front of the store in pets at home. Absolutely disgusting the prices they charge people.
They performed an xray which was £115 and it wasn't needed.
I've had three cosultations and lots of medication which wasn't needed.
Go somewhere else people unless you like being ripped off.
Try selling you things you don't need just so they get their commission!
Really good vets for my two rabbits. But we might have to take my hamster in on Sunday coz when you put him by your ear you can here him klick and he is really old unfortunate 😥
Amazing vets! they always put your pet's needs first and really care about them. I can't recommend them highly enough
