Lovely place to eat and drink. Highly recommended. The service is fantastic. Lovely landlord and landlady. Fab staff. Just a lovely village pub.

Excellent overnight stay with the added benefit that Friday night is steak night in the restaurant and a superb breakfast the following day. Highly recommended.

Friendly and lively village pub with rooms and restaurant. Separate public bar welcomes newcomers, with and without dogs. Large car park. Reasonable selection of draught beers and wine.

Helpful staff with prompt service in a quiet pub that looks like it probably has a lot of history behind it. Visited for a Monday for lunch during term time.

Went to this restaurant bank holiday monday .last visited 22 years ago my son had his wedding lunch there.the food was very good then .my daugnter hadnt been before ..the food and presentation were unberlievable .we had lamb roast and my son in law had the large yorkie with chunks of beef potatoes and peas.the service was very good and quick and the staff very friendly and helpful .would highly reccomend a visit .
