Simon, the senior stylist here is a genius!! He worked wonders on my hair. I am new to Cardiff from 2 months ago and recently joined Vitality gym, the Hair & Beauty Salon on site is discounted for gym members so I thought I would pop in and have my hair done. Simon has probably given me the best highlights and cut that I have had! I feel fantastic!! highly recommended!

I felt fabulous on my sister's wedding day and I can honestly say that my skin looks better than it did in my late twenties. I am so impressed with the results.

I have always had a great experience at Vitality. I regularly use the salon for waxing, spray tans and manicures. The staff are lovely and I'm always happy with my treatments. If you are looking for a reasonably priced salon in the city centre, I would definitely recommend Vitality!
