Vocal Harmony Kids

Tonight is the night! We go live at midnight on all major platforms (I Tunes, Spotify, Google Play, Amazon MP3, e.t.c.). It's been a crazy 18 months or so pulling all of this together. Ty Hafan are a charity very close to my heart, and they rely on donations from the public to fund the work that they do. By purchasing this single you will be supporting the fantastic work for kids with life limiting conditions. There are so many people to thank and i will probably miss some, but here goes! Dan Evans​ and Phil Colwill​ for helping film the choirs at a rehearsal and the Great Hall. Emma Sankey​ James DH​,Kath Jones​ and at Ty Hafan for all their help with the single and answering a million and one questions. Maria Davies​ and Natalie Marie Rewbridge​ for all their hard work with the kids choir. Cheryl Trinity Davies​ and Isabel Grace Cecilia Thomas​ for getting on board from day one with their choirs in Llanelli and Cardiff. Lorraine King​ for writing wonderful lyrics and helping to teach the Swansea choir. Melanie Lloyd​ and Susan Lewis​ for sorting out a million and one t shirts, Kim Cole​ for all your help organising the Swansea choir.

What a great job last night! 'This is Me' from the Greatest showman is sounding fantastic!
We're starting to put the plans in place for an end of year summer party as well, we will email out to all parents the day / time ASAP.

I was so proud of all the kids tonight. They did so well and fitted in perfectly with the adults.
Wanted to say a huge thank you to all the parents as well. Your little ones must be shattered! They were so well behaved and patient with the recording process!
It was so important to me too have the kids sing on this recording. Ty Hafan is a fantastic children's Hospice and tonight we really achieved something special

Due to a burst water pipe we have had to move our venue to Parklands Church, Maes Y Gollen Sketty, SA2 8HQ. It's 2 minutes round the corner and i will also be putting this information up on the door at Bishop Gore School!

Looking forward to rehearsals this week! 6-7 at Bishop Gore. We've got some harmonies to perfect for "Hold back the river", as well as finishing off the end bit of Moana.
If you're able to listen to the original song "Don't Look Down" that we're going to be recording for Ty Hafan that would be a big help!

Fantastic job last night! Was great to make a start on the new song from Moana 'How Far I'll Go', and also to run through History by One Direction!

We're looking forward to starting our new term next week on Monday 8th January, 6 - 7pm at Bishop Gore School! Everyone is welcome, no auditions and no need to read music!
This term we will be adding some new singing games and warm ups, as well as NEW SONGS

Brand new term of our contemporary choir 'Vocal Harmony Kids' is starting on Monday 8th January. Open to ages 6 - 12, no auditions and no need to read music! We sing songs by artists such as Katy Perry, One Direction, Justin Timberlake, and from films such as Trolls, Frozen, Moana and many more! www.vocalharmonykids.co.uk

Well what a fantastic first concert! The kids did so well! If anyone has photos or videos then please send then to me and I can get them up!
We start back Monday 8th January with some new songs working towards our next show at the Grand Theatre!

IT'S SHOW TIME!
This Saturday we have our first ever performance. Doors open at 6:30, show starts at 7:00pm.
Kids to arrive at 5:30 for a run through on stage and a sound check!
... If you haven't picked up a Vocal Harmony Kids T Shirt then just wear a purple T Shirt, that would be great!
