Adult Pilates starts again Sept 10th! Every Monday night in Volcano with choreographer and dancer Catherine Bennett
Every Monday Evening @ 8pm to 9pm (Starting September 10th)
... The Pilates method focuses on abdominal strength, muscle tone and flexibility, increasing joint mobility, core strength and reducing back strain. Throughout the hour Catherine Bennett will lead you through a programme of the original Pilates exercises working all of the muscle groups.
All levels welcome. 10 sessions for £40 or Drop in £5 per session - pay on door.
Bring a Yoga/ Pilates mat if you have one.
Parking nearby: you can park in Parc Tawe for free and then walk to the High Street, or there is the train station car park which is pay and display. You may also be lucky and find road parking directly on Swansea High Street.

Mega thanks to the absoloutly wonderful team at Volcano, especially Max, for the great Kid Engine craft day! It must of took hours to make all the bits for the children to use! And thanks for helping us make our own Kid Engine outfit, we had an amazing day thanks to you all. You guys absoloutly rock ��� xxxxx

Just been to see Seagulls and it was amazing! Very well set, choreographed and performed. Looking forward to seeing more Volcano theatre work.

I have absolutely loved having the Leith Volcano in my neighborhood this Edinburgh Fringe, such a relief to get out of the city where the behemoths seem to have taken over. It makes me very happy to see independent theatre companies take a risk and spread the love down the Walk, and the fact that you've opened your doors to local musicians and events only makes me happier (Bitches Brew was a particular highlight!). To me, this is what the Fringe is all about, and I'm enormously grateful that the Leith Volcano (spectacular venue btw!) is around this year, and I sincerely hope that others take a leaf out of your book next year, and that you come back! Thanks Volcano, I, and my family are very happy campers!

I am the Arts Outreach Co-ordinator for LOCWS International, and we were delighted to hire Volcano for film-workshops this year. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, accommodating, supportive and flexible. The hiring process was smooth and speedy, and all of our questions were answered quickly. The workshop tutors and participants were very complimentary, they felt inspired by the multi-use space, and this had a positive effect on the films produced. Thanks also for your social media activity, we really appreciate that you liked and shared our posts.

Absolutely blew me away... Without a doubt one of the best things to go to in Swansea in a very long time!

cheap drinks, cheap entry, , ,adaptable intimate space, take a bum cushion .Will definately attend again.
