Amazing sound and picture quality, has good prices (I paid £8.99 for VIP I believe normal is £7.45 for teen not sure on adult). However, I have a bias opinion as I haven't been to other cinemas from what I remember. It might not be worth the price for the quality

Good cinema, good screens and sound though more expensive than competition. Last film we saw there they turned up the house lights to full before the credits had started to roll! Missed the final bits of the film (Paddington 2) where the story ends over the credits but everyone was what on their feet in front of us! Snack food is incredibly expensive. I am sure they would sell more food and snacks if the prices we're more in line with the norm.

Good prices, Multi-story parking structure nearby. Easy disabled access. They have 3 self services kiosks and quick customer service. Rooms always seem to be clean and staff quick into the room to get it ready

Great cinema with large variety of movies available to watch, it would be a 5 star of not for the high cost of tickets per person and food like most chain cinemas

Good selection of food.an good in general. one thing thats bodering me is before movie starts (vue advert). Is to loud.

Bit run down looking now. Never seems to be anyone in charge of anything. Can walk into screens without tickets quite easily as there's nobody around to check them. Prices are crazily high, but probably similar to most cinemas. (e.g. Two adults, one student, three drinks, one popcorn, £50. Wow)

Went for a Sunday night vue of IT film experience was good but had to wait 15 min to get served with tickets and munchies only two staff serving 🤔 good job it wasn't busy then 🙃

They show latest movies here, VIP seats aren't much more expensive than the average seats. Though can be hard to get on some popular nights like Tuesday when It's cheaper as there isn't all that many VIP seats. The seating is good and capacity is decent. I would say It's better than the odian. It's child friendly and show series finals like Sherlock. I would recommend it to you.

User

Really good cinema, very clean. Prices are extortionate so id recommend bringing your own food and drinks

Visited Vue Swansea to see their 'Ghost in the Shell' 20th Anniversary screening. Fantastic staff, clean cinema, plenty of legroom and a great viewing. Can we see more older film viewings please?

User

Ample legroom and comfortable seating ensure the viewing experience is unsurpassed in Swansea. Sadly the cinema complex is also home to the most unpleasant toilets in Swansea. Visually clean, but with a stench that takes your breath away.

Advisable to buy tickets online or via the self-service terminals as there is no ticket office on site, otherwise you'll need to endure the understaffed checkout that is primarily there to sell confections.

User

Interesting Security. No one checked our tickets at the door after purchase. That mean anyone could go in without tickets.

User

Its a lovely cinema. Love the seating. Very helpful staff. The only down side is that there are loads of adverts at the beginning of every year movie. The last time i went ot was 25mins of just adverts.
