Tickets machines were easy to find after ordering online. Seats were comfy & the prices were great in comparrison to other cinemas. My one problem was having to threaten some low life who thought they could upgrade to my paid seat for free. He lost ;)

Lots of films to watch and for £4.99 each we had a lovely time. We went to watch IT. Staff were lovely

A nice modern cinema with a choice of seat options. Ample parking with disabled spaces. Full disabled facilities Including seating options. A good choice of movies with 3d option.

Good value multiplex cinema. Book in advance to avoid long queue for tickets. Irritated that recent 2d blade runner movie I booked was replaced by 3d version. Always seems like skeleton staff working at any time.

The food and drinks are delicious, staff are all friendly and lovely who are happy to talk to you and help you out with your needs.

Sound and picture quality is as you expect 4K and mindblowing.

To pay an extra £1.50 for a big leather comfy seat with plenty of leg room was well worth it.

10/10 recommend this cinema to all!

It's good value for money but somehow the queues always take ages to go down.

Fairly expensive ticket prices considering how cheap its Cardiff counterpart is (you would expect it to be the opposite.

Ample parking space and plenty of restaurants, 5 minutes walking distance from Merthyr town centre. Everywhere accepts card but no ATM on the estate.

Lazy Staff usually (Though I've met some kind staff members before), high prices for no reason. Seats are meh. Get there at 1 pm on a bank holiday and book a movie you like and no one else does and have a cinema all to yourself. Vue the only place where you expect everyone to be but instead there all snacking on junk food at McDiabetes after smoking joints behind the hotel. This turned into a summary for Merthyr less than the Theater itself. Hm, Oh well.

The foyer was a total mess, spilled food and drink everywhere. A pigsty. The movie screen had a constant and annoying glitch throughout the whole film. The seats were not comfortable, leaving my bottom feeling numb after 20 minutes. I will not go there again. I felt really dirty and ashamed of the whole cinema franchise. Vue is the pits. Awful!!
