Relive the cinematic magic of these classic films at Vue:
Watched fifty shades frĆØed and only paid Ā£4.00 for a ticket o.m.g. huge screen friendly staff
Love the vue, seats are comfortable, ticket prices are brilliant and staff and great, friendly and helpful. Wouldnāt go anywhere else.
Had a lovely time. Food wonderful staff friendly watched The Great Showman...big screens wonderful....
Great value for money! Much better than other Ā£4 ticket cinemas around.
Great value at Ā£4 for a film. Comfortable seating and large screens. Easy to park and walk to in a central Cardiff location
Always come here no problems staff are fab and helpful...xx
I didn't think the seats in the Imax cinema was very comfortable. My legs were locking up during starwars. I didn't feel that the chair were wide enough too. Loved the cinema prices however.
Been here twice in about 1 month, films great and staff great. Only thing i was bit miffed over was someone's choice to put popcorn in kids open box with heavy drink and fire doors shut, was like an assault course trying to get to seat with half a box of popcorn remaining!
Mmmm. Sorry but the down escalators from Cinema 12 was not working so had to walk down it, scared it would suddenly start up and throw us off! Toilets were disgusting and smelled! Notice outside two of them said cleaning in progress but no one there, floors and toilet covered in faeces! Yuck! Seats in cinema were good as was film but services need improving!
Probably one of the worst cinemas i've been in. The seats were uncomfortable, people moaning that other people were in there seats. It kind of spoilt the movie for me.
The smell of the toilets is disgusting..
film not been started and ready to leave really canāt stick the smell. What a waste of nearly Ā£60.. ucchhh avoid!! Feel really sick ļæ½
The boy serving myself and my partner was more interested in socialising with his co-worker, than he was in serving us, he asked 4 times what we wanted, as he clearly couldnāt remember weād told him 4 times, two hot dogs. To which he made one, then slowly told us it would be another 5 minutes for the other. Customer service is awful, and the hot dog looked like crap. with a dusting of about 5 crispy onions. Iād hire new staff. Ridiculous.
Teenagers caused chaos for duration of the Movie. Staff tried their best to help. Would avoid this venue in future as has a very teenage, disrespectful clientele.
No staff apart from 1 with 40 in queue. No on checked tickets just walked to seat unchallenged Boiling hot great film though
