Relive the cinematic magic of these classic films at Vue:
Went to see Black panther Sunday with my 14 and 16 year old boys and it was fantastic.. Bought online and very easy to collect tickets...Did seem a little strange not to have your tickets checked before going in the screening but I guess that's either understaffed or very trusting.. Will be going regular now ļæ½
Visit this cinema regular, however my 3 year old son was ill yesterday so our pre booked tickets had gone to waste so that = no date night for me and my partner instead it was a chilled night infront of the tv with our poorly boy, we desperately wanted, popcorn, nachos and an ice blast and a few goodies so popped over for some while my partner waited in the car with our poorly son, however I couldn't manage to carry them all. the lady who served me offered to help carry my Items out to the car for me to save me having to come back in again. The little things in life... so grateful, I didn't catch her name she was young, slim build, dark hair and very friendly!! who ever you are THANK YOU so much ļæ½ļæ½ļæ½
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean screens after the staff have had chance to clean up after the filthy pigs from previous movie. 100% great service and attitude towards customers
Great staff, always helpful , great VIP seats . Enjoy it every time we visit .
First time for years that we have been to the Cinema and I have to say that the experience was very pleasurable The cost of tickets was reasonable but too many adverts before the film Darkest Hour started .Mind you I think the Ice cream is over rated and very expensive. However it was a brilliant evening out and a very enjoyable experience.
When you consider its Ā£5 each, it's usually clean, we've had any disruptions dealt with mostly quickly and easily. And with meerkat movies on a Tuesday or a Wednesday 2 for 1 makes it a bargain you can't refuse. We use the cinema regularly. Before Vue we'd have to travel and pay more. With a large family cinema trips are now possible without breaking the bank.
I love that it's now affordable to now take my family to the cinema even though last week I had to have a refund and they only gave me the money back for 1 ticket I bought 2 didn't realise until I got home ļæ½ but over all its a nice treat x
Great price compared to showcase however queue for sweets and drinks took 35 minutes. Will take my own nex time
Great place, polite staff and even though it was busy yesterday no one was kept waiting. The boy who served me had a welcoming smile at all times. Highly recommend. Shame there snacks are so expensive though ļæ½ļæ½
Staff were friendly and helpful, but the drinks machine shut down 3 times while using it needing more than 5 minutes every time it had to reeboot, popcorn all over the floor on entry to the screening, this could have been other customers on their way into the screen as after the film finished a member of staff came in and started cleaning, overall a good visit but the drinks machine needs serious attention
Sadly for the lovely staff, it's other customers that let the place down.
So much rubbish left in the theatre at the end of the film, toilets in a hell of a state - water everywhere, sweet wrappers left at the sinks and toilet paper all over the floor.
Despite my daughter and I taking a good handful each of other people's rubbish out with us - which we shouldn't have to do! - it was an absolute pig sty in there I'm.afraid to say. Family of six sat in front of us and they left every single cup, wrapper and box that they brought in with them ļæ½
I feel for the staff who have to then go in and clear up after the lazy sods that walk past the bins on the way out but can't be bothered to take their own rubbish!
Queue times are a bit silly too, though service isn't that slow when you get to the till it just seems to take forever to get there. Maybe need to separate ticketing (we bought ours in advance, but not everyone does) from the snacks and sweets...
Positives are lovely cinema , Comfy VIP seats , Negatives are it just could do with someone cleaning up fallen popcorn everywhere ..and the queue's for food & drinks are shocking ..Come on Vue get more staff in there and it would be perfect
More staff needed as my daughter and I queued for 20
minutes for our tickets
Cinema ok, other guests inconsiderate with their bags of assorted junk food can be distracting sadly.
Staff not interested queue was taking ages to go down due to two staff on tills and the food and drinks along with sweets u need a morgage. Shocking.
Over all the cinema was clean and decent, good view and comfy seats!
But..... it was Under staffed at the counters, we also had to wait in a massive queue before going into the screen as it was still being cleaned etc.
The price of the sweets, drinks etc were extortionate! Absolute rip off which cons the customer and makes it a very expensive experience!!
Needs to be sorted out....
I love this place but thereās never enough staff serving itās ridiculous
First impression is disappointing the main area was full of rubbish, bins overflowing and popcorn all over the floor. Big cues for snacks and refreshments clearly understaffed for a weekend which is poor.
This was a great drama with superb acting by many but especially Gary Oldman should get best actor for this. Always a pleasure for me at Vue because of the Sony 4K sound for someone with poor hearing I hear every word and background noise!
Worth the 39 mile journey from Mid-Wales to see all the great new films each week.
