Chartered accountant Sharon Davies qualified in 2007, a busy mum working 30 hours a week as a senior manager at Cadwallader & co. Sharon is also a partner in a trail running venture with experience of setting up and developing a business.
With an increase in ladies starting their own businesses Sharon sees the need to offer support and advice from woman to woman. With inside knowledge of running a business and with two small children of her own she feels this gives her understanding of the aims of others in a similar position.
As a working mum she is aware how important it is to get the right work /life balance, especially in the early years of a business when working hours can be long.
Being in a similar situation herself she understands the need to have an adviser you can trust and build up a working relationship with and Sharon is able to help in lots of different areas of your business.
Aware that it is not always easy to arrange childcare Sharon is happy to meet at your home if this is more convenient, however if you would like to bring little ones to the office then they will be met with a box of toys to keep them entertained.
Sharon is friendly, approachable and won’t be using technical jargon in your meetings, she will take the time to understand your business and help you drive it forward in the right direction.
