Waitrose

Management and customer service awful! The head office is not any better either. For a pricey shop you would expect very different. Staff feel they rule here.

Waitrose is ideal for me, a friend gets the wheelchair and we put the basket on the front. It is great that I can choose my food and other requirements and feel I am still able to be in control of my own shopping.being able to park in the disabled area is so good. Staff so very helpful.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Efficiently run store. My first visit to a Waitrose shop wish there was one nearer where I live. Prices on par with other supermarkets. Very busy at checkout but another till was quickly opened.

A very large range of both everyday and luxury food and wine. Excellent staff who are attentive and ready to help. Well done. Not only a good place to shop but you can also enjoy a warm/cold drink and a choice of snacks etc. Beware, this is a very popular shopping venue so be prepared for the crush at holiday times. Highly recommended.

I like a lot this store but they need to improve their customer 'services. The staff is very nice and they have a good choice in their products.

But, some years ago, I made a mistake buying pillows with feathers and I didn't open the plastic bags . But it wasn't obvious for me it was with feathers because I am allergic and I wanted to change them and even with my receipt as we do all the time in France, they didn't want to do it !! So, I had to go back to France and offer them to friends they're not allergic !!

I was very surprised because I am French and I am used to visit my parents in law very often for holidays and this is inconcevable in France.

So, today I went to buy things but I had forgotten my Waitrose card so I could not have my free coffee as I wanted or I had to pay my coffee 2 pounds.... So, I said to the very nice lady that I am still a customer and I would have appreciated to have my coffee before walking home by foot around more than one mile.

I said again than in France you don't have to carry all your cards with you now because we have too many cards in different stores and I don't want them any more. Now, with digital technology you are registered, you give your name and then you are a happy customer. It doesn't cost a lot to make us happy !!!!!

What I hope now, is to be read by the Waitrose''s boss (John Lewis ?) In order that my feedback could be constructive for next time and for everybody.

I am sure if we could take the best of France and the best of Wales it will nearly perfect.

Very busy time of day just before Christmas which could have made for a very stressful shopping experience, but the atmosphere created by your wonderfully efficient and friendly staff made it feel almost like a party. Everybody, staff and customers alike, were happy, laughing and chatting together in the queue for click and collect. A brilliant shop and brilliant service. Thank you.

Really good and amazing food also good service

Good choice of food available, helpful staff, and a petrol station over the road. Convenient.
