All ready to leave some rubber on the Northern irish lanes in the morning, very unfamiliar territory for us, but what a route, a lot of driving and concentration needed. Well what a day for one of our Wales Motorsport cars, driven by Roger Chilman and co/driven by the ever experienced Patrick Walsh on the Carlisle stages. Not only did they claim the top spot in the 2wd category with the extremely competitive historic competitors, (wasn’t bhrc registered) hence classified in the open class, but took the whole Rally overall, doesn’t happen often in a Historic spec Mk2, welldone to them both. Must mention also the guys behind the scenes back home in the workshop for their hard work and also the ever professional work by Llion Williams on the event. Welldone everyone.

This car was delivered earlier in the year, slow in showing you all but we spend more time producing cars than advertising with all the flash on social media. 5th of 2019. Hope you like it as I sure did.

If anyone is ready for a clutch change, we have the product, tried and tested by our selves on BDGs and Milington engines. A particular car covered a marathon of 800 stage miles, checked for ware and guess what 0.02 plate ware. I rarely advertise components we either produce our selves or we get made. But we have now a nice stainless BDG manifold we can now offer, done by Edwards Motorsport, excellent fit, 3 bolt, fits perfectly L/H or R/H drive and most importantly each primary is volume matched which is pretty rare. We will be stocking these for our own historic Car builds along with the rest of the system but will also gladly supply any customer that would like to fit a hassle free manifold at a competitive price.
