It's good here. Bit out dated. Wrist bands not too expensive. But then theres not alot to go on.

Good place to spend an afternoon after a good walk along the beach.

Found it great value and good fun. Gave it 5 stars because the staff were polite and friendly. Took my 3yo and he loved it. The pier is due for refurbishment which is needed and im sure it will be even better after.

This pier is the 2nd longest in England and has a lifeboat centre at the end,
Amusements, rides and a bowling alley with places to eat, drink and enjoy a sit down.
You can purchase a fishing licence for a day or a year to fish on the pier.
Fun for all the family, young or older

Large(ish) slot machine area, rides (Waltzer, Dodgems, Ghost Train, Galloping Horses.) for big people and more for smaller ones. Cafe/Restaurant. Usual wooden plank type Pier going out to sea. Fishing from the end. Had a great time on the rides and the machines.

Some good activities which include amusements, rides and a couple of places to but food. Nice walk along the pier with a lifeboat at the end.

So much for the children. Very good prices and wonderful staff. Definitely be back

Fantastic day out. Large kiddies funfair area great value for money when you purchase a wristband for your child. Many ticket winning arcade machines for your children to save tickets then exchange for wide range of toys etc.
New management have made it fantastic.

Check the tide times before you venture to this beach! As the tide can be in for the majority of the day!

This is a beautiful sandy beach that can get quite busy. There is plenty of parking and it's nice to walk along the seafront.

If you are after a quiet beach, this is not for you as there are arcades, pubs and many good places.

This is a good traditional Pier for a family day out. The Pier is sheltered so is also great for rainy days. There are quite a few rides and it is better value for money to buy wristbands. If buying tickets, be aware you can only use on that day.

There are also arcades, bowling, ice cream stands, sweet shop and restaurant on the Pier.

Also for a charge you can fish off of the Pier.
