Really helpful friendly staff, reasonable price. A thoroughly enjoyable family day out, they were flexible on taking us back to our car after a pub lunch which was much appreciated

The experience was great! Staff were super friendly and offered us refreshments and advice! The canoe trip was amazing as it was a beautiful sunny afternoon. It was fun and we learnt new skills! One of the best parts was that we were able to swim in the river and play games! It was a lovely memorable experience and would definetly reccomemd and go there again!

Excellent experience! Staff could not have been any more helpful or enthusiastic. Took our 9 and 6 year olds with us in 2 separate canoes for a gentle 2. 5 hour canoe ending near the pub where they let us have a relaxing lunch before taking us back to the car. We all loved it and our children cannot wait to do this again. Couldn't of asked for better service, thoroughly recommend!

We hired canoes for the morning and enjoyed a pleasant journey down the river wye. All the staff were very friendly and reasonable prices

We were down in Hay on Wye for a family camping weekend, Want to canoe are well organised, friendly and well equipped. We did the half day paddle which was thoroughly enjoyably, we even saw a king fisher. Had a refreshing pint of cider after too. Thanks

I arrived at Hay with my canoe and a complicated and ruined plan that involved driving my car to the finish point and getting busses back. I saw the big want to canoe sign and spoke to Aubrie and he took care of all our canoeing needs.

Went canoeing from their base at Hay on Wye. Down the Boat Inn at Whitney.
Prior to the trip Clare dealt with any queries I had very well and rapidly after I had contacted her.
Aubreys own experience on the water was conveyed during the safety briefing and river talk with a quick but concise lesson and demo in how to paddle as some in the group hadn't done so for a while.
A suggestion to paddle slightly upstream was made so he could make sure we were comfortable with the conditions and boat before we set off.
Having made it to our extraction point and phoned for the transport to take us back to the centre we were asked if we wanted to be picked up later so we could have some lunch which was also very much appreciated.
Will definitely use them again.
I have used the company previously based here before and I can safely say the passion for the water and canoeing itself as well as for their customers best possible experience is much more apparent.
