Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good prices. Not a huge selection in store but you can order online and have it delivered to the store.

One of the most recommended jewellers in Newport if not the UK. Warren James have so much variety of products on offer which is amazing because there's so much you are often stuck making a decisive decision. The staff are very helpful and always willing to offer help when in store (They don't invade customers personal space whilst they look).
I would recommend Warren James to anyone who wants great jewellery at a cost effective rate including engagement rings.
