Waterloo Hotel & Lodge

Staff were helpful and friendly. Brilliant location. 10 mins walk from shops and restaurants.
Deluxe rooms are big enough for 2 adults and a toddler. Parking outside of rooms is very useful.
Breakfast offers everything you usually get, hot and cold.
Swimming pool is big enough to do short lengths.
Would go again.

Location is very good, I could walk from the station, staff is very polite, rooms are newly done and equipped with modern amenities, a railway line crosses very close to the property however its hardly audible and doesn't cause any disturbance, swimming pool, hot tub's, steam and sauna are well maintained, a small but state of the art gymnasium is very good, menu at the restaurant especially dinner could be better, ad i am ethnic asian requested for plain rice for 3 nights but was declined. Overall a very nice place and would highly recommend it.

Very nice bar area. Woukd recommended for a drink. Watch out for them serving points in 500ml glasses though

Excellent room size and layout. Comfy bed. Breakfast buffet good. Hotel layout excellent: spacious and hugely convenient parking, right outside room. Quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms need some redecorating. Old carpet and a bit stale smelling. Filter coffee at breakfast is terrible. Need to invest in a coffee machine and provide Cappuccino, espresso, etc.

We had a wonderful time at Waterloo the food was amazing, the staff are friendly and professional. plenty of parking and a wonderful location.

Good drinks and food menu, although a little more expensive then your usually bar prices. You can usually get a seat here when the rest of town is busy and they have some really nice sofas you can sit on which is much appreciated if you have been outdoors walking, biking or climbing all day.

I often stop here for a drink and a decent bar meal when visiting Betwys-y-coed. Friendly staff and great food. I haven't stayed at the hotel it's self.

The Waterloo is a nice hotel with good facilities in a great location. The lodge style room are comfortable and spacious, perfect for families. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The breakfast was tastly and plentiful, in particular they provided gluten free sausages and bread. I would stay there again.
