Waterside Medical Practice

The staff are rude and unhelpful. I suffer with mental and they can not get to grips with the fact that I need to help of a doctor to deal with this. The receptionist think there GP's them selves but have about as much knowledge and a plank of wood

I have been in waterside surgery (under different names) since I was born and I am now 68.had an appointment today with Dr Moore I have never felt so belittled by any other doctor before he made me feel like I was below him.I would never see him again and might even change surgerys an arogant pig no wonder the surgery only has 2 stars when you got doctors like him

Been to the surgery today appointment was 2.30 . There was three receptionists seing to one patient and the que was getting bigger and bigger . Discusting that they didnt even appologise . I am constantly going to the doctors due to a life time medication. They are rude impatient and to be honest i will be seeing about moving to a different surgery asap . People work and csnt always make appoinments for their children on the same day . And the facilities to ring and make an appointment in advance is not avaulable in this surgery alone .

Rang this morning to ask for an appointment for antibiotics. Told by receptionist to call down at 9.30. Left work in Swansea and rushed down to surgery for 9.30 where I was greeted by a very miserable receptionist to be told because it's a dental issue they cant help. She then went on to lie and say she had tried to contact me to explain. I showed her my phone which had no missed calls and she said it had been too busy to call me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Wow the shittest surgery ive ever been too. Can never get an apointment day 3 of trying and the sarcastic woman on the desk cleary does not care, she is rude and bang out of order. Asking me whats wrong with me because she needs to know but then says we are all booked up nothing i can do. Bloody waste of time. Shamefull.

If you ever need to see a health professional, do not bother contacting this place. It is impossible to get an appointment, and the receptionists greet you with sarcasm when you feed back on a model that clearly does not work. In short it's a disgrace.

Poor at best. Impossible to book an appointment. Telephone only, free-for-all in the morning. No online advanced bookings either...

the quack was meant to make me an appointment to see a specialist to sort a trapped nerve but it never happened. a year later I am back in England but it maybe too late now.
this 'medical practice' needs to sort itself out. get rid of the quacks and get some proper doctors

I haven't been to the doctors for years as I only go if I need to and I phoned to make an appointment as I was in pain and guess what doctor didn't even call back to talk to me about it or to call me in, so I went to A&E to see a doctor bring back the old doctors like Dr John, when I saw him for an appointment he already knew why I was their unlike these new doctors who don't care why your thier they don't even look at your notes before seeing you.

i dont intend gaving any stars ,every time i phone to make an appointment your engaged , what do you do leave the phone off the hook till your not busy? then you tell us afterwards your full up , this has happened a few times .

Agree whole heartedly with the other comments and would have given zero stars if that was an option... Beyond shocked at the abhorrent rudeness of the receptionist and the refusal to treat a patient in desperate need of attention. Avoid at all costs and find ANY OTHER SURGERY for your families. Sickened and saddened by my experience today, an embarrassment to the NHS. Can recommend trying Dr Wilkes as an alternative, based in the same building but hugely different attitude and immediately kind and helpful unlike the other aggressive and dismissive receptionist who refused to hear or help my partner reducing her to tears...

If I could give zero stars I certainly would! My daughter has a cows milk allergy so is on prescription formula at 11 weeks old the health visitor asked for a certain milk to be preceibed the receptionist printed the prescription for the wrong milk the Doctor didn't read my daughters notes and signed a prescription for cows milk! This is just one incident there has been plenty more!

When The health visitors haven't got anything good to say about the doctors then something isn't right!

The receptionists are rude and think they are above their station!

If you are thinking about moving here have a rethink!
