Great selection of books and all genres. Including fantasy, manga, fiction, non-fiction, biography and poetry and a lot more. The staff are friendly and approachable and go out of their way to help you find a book and offer to order the book on if they don't have it. Nice clean shop, quiet.

Also has a Costa coffee on site.

A cool coffee shop, loads of chairs to sit, relax and read, that wonderful smell of new books, which brings back a thousand memories, and they actually sell books you can take with you there and then.

Came in looking for an obscure book for my brother. 1st assistant I asked told me it was in stock and on the shelves and should be in Fiction. After 5 minutes I couldn't find it so asked another. They told me they thought they had seen it on a table. I still couldn't find it so I left and ordered it next day delivery on Amazon. It wasn't busy and it was obvious I was having difficulty finding the book. If an assistant had taken the time to walk with me to find the book, I would have spent money and they would have gained a regular customer. Bottom line, you expect better knowledge and service from a book store.

Ignoring the weird insistence to slightly push certain political books from one end of the spectrum more than the other, it's a nice shop with a great variety and great staff, also the cafe is nice if not a bit overpriced.

Fantastic selection of books and they can order in anything you can't find. Wonderful atmosphere with a quiet café inside where you can curl up with a book.
