Hi. I wondered if I would be able to pot something on your site please or whether you could post for me. Myself and my mother are visiting wattstown in May. She has not been since she was a child. All of our family are from wattstown and surrounding areas and are wondering if there are any family still there, also whether there are some places we should visit whilst there. My grandmother's name was Doris Gough and my grandad Ieuan Griffiths both of Hillside terrace. I believe we have family that died in the 1905 mining accident all named Thomas Davies, father, son and brother also all of Hillside terrace. We know quite a bit about my grandmother's side but not a lot about the Griffiths side so any help would be appreciated. Thank you x

Wednesday 11th April Wattstown village clean up in conjunction with RCT council and Trivallis we will be cleaning walls paths litter picking and we need everyone on board helping . So let’s not winge about the state of our village let’s all help. We will have tea coffee and refreshments up the base prizes for the child hat collects the most litter . And 4 free tickets to our April afternoon tea for grown ups plus every child pop and crisps REMEMBER APRIL 11TH WEDNESDAY
