We Are Strawberry / Loan Options - Hiring Now

We are currently looking for people to join our Customer Support team within our Loan Options call centre.

You will be the focal point for all outbound calls and will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer retention.

This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our customers who have recently completed the application process to loan options

Understanding the customer's individual needs and delivering a professional response are fundamental to the role.

You will be a good communicator with a professional telephone manner and should enjoy talking to people and assisting them with their application. Must also be positive minded.

A genuine desire to provide customer satisfaction will make you successful in this role and in return we offer you a great working environment, and on job training.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential, excellent customer service skills, good keyboard and computer skills are essential.

Full and part time posts available
Wage £13, 728 per annum pro-rata + commission
Hours up to 39 hours per week Monday to Friday
Location Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan CF31
