for people as ignorant as me, this could not be a better place to take your PC for repairs and for advice. Adam is very good as explaining and friendly. I am please that i went to his business to sort out IT problems.

Went in for some internet advice and computer advice. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. His advice was clear and easy to understand and I bought a wifi extending device from him that was very reasonably priced and his recommendations with products were non bias and professional. I will be going back regular for my laptop and computer needs.

Adam was very quick in his response to my enquiry about updating our works computer. He ensured it would be done within the day to prevent any disruption for us and that is exactly what he did. He backed up all the documents before doing the update which meant we didn't lose important information.

He has given us lot of help afterwards, as we aren't the best with computers, and is great with given a novice step by step instructions.

Took my laptop in here to be loked at. It'd completely died. Young man took back off, re-plugged in the hard drive and all baxck working now. Nice atmosphere in the shop as well!!

My MacBook Air charger stopped working and I dashed down to Welsh Computers hoping they'd be able to help me and I wouldn't have to drive to Argos and spend £79 on a replacement. Within 2 minutes I had the perfect new charger at a very fair price and that was that - done and dusted effortlessly. Thank you Adam.

Just had brilliant service from Adam for my MacBook. Nothing was too much trouble; even ordering a new charging cable for me. Sadly the MacBook couldn’t be saved despite Adam’s hard work but it was well worth taking it to him for a professional opinion. Really grateful for the help and I wouldn’t hesitate in going back if I needed anything again!

I'm self employed and when my email account blocked all new emails I went to Adam in a complete panic. He didn't raise an eyebrow or laugh when I couldn't answer the most basic questions but very calmly walked we through the process.

Within 15mins I was sorted and back up and running again.

I had a graphics card issue and searched the internet for hours trying to find a replacement for my very old but well loved PC. I was confused to say the least and needed not just a part but expert advise and fast.



I expected lots of eye brow raising and sucking of cheeks not to mention a "not until next week mate" answer



How wrong could I be? I was there for 20 mins! Adam had the component changed and updated in the blink of an eye with lots of useful and impartial advice.



Its easy to get bits online but in the long run seeing Adam face to face and was far faster and cheaper than I had anticipated, his can do attitude, enthusiasm and trade knowledge was outstanding.



I would recommend Adam and Welsh Computers to anyone without reservation.

Hard drive on my laptop had failed and whilst trying out off buying a new one I spotted the advert for their business.

Messaged to ask advice /prices and got a quick reply. Dropped laptop off at lunchtime and it was ready to collect less than 4 hours later.

They had sorted it all out for me so now it is like having a new laptop again!

Highly impressed and will be using them for all my computer troubles for future.

Friendly and helpful service. Adam took time to explore an issue I was having fixing my wife's laptop and even cleaned up the logic board free of charge, supporting the eventual fix which were both super chuffed about! Warmly recommend.

Adam's shop is great - it's open 7 days a week. He sorted me out with a really affordable and I have to say very good computer that I am getting on really well with - its doing what it needs to do. I know if I run into trouble then the shop offers lots of support which is invaluable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone wanting good impartial advice or help fixing, choosing the right computer and so on 5*****

Adam built me a new desktop even though I messed him around changing specs he took it in his stride and built it really fast, friendly and expert service, if you need anything IT related this is the place to go, highly recommend.
