Welsh Development Agency

The Welsh Development Agency was the economic development agency for Wales. Established in 1976 it became one of the world's leading development agencies. The WDA was internationally renowned for improving business competitiveness, land reclamation, and attracting international companies. The WDA was merged with the Welsh Government in 2006.
