David and Jane Griffiths, who started the company in February 2012, have over 20 years experience of selling and renting properties across West Wales. They have been involved in both selling and letting homes from offices in Haverfordwest, Milford Haven, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Narberth, Pembroke, Pembroke Dock and Carmarthen areas.

David Griffiths comments: ‘'Due to the way we have set up the company, we can pass on to our vendors a considerable saving from the average estate agents fee for selling their properties. Our objective, above all others, is to offer a trustworthy, professional and reliable service at very reasonable fees. ’’

Welsh Homes for sale are also offering their clients, a 12 hours per day Monday to Friday service, as well as opening until 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
